We analyse one selected process. We assess repeatability, material availability, AI potential and risks. The outcome is a short report and one of three decisions: we run a pilot, we organise first, or we don't implement AI here.

AI Process Pilot

A limited test of the new way of working on real client examples. We build the prompt, instructions and checklist, test on 5–10 examples, measure the effect. The outcome is a decision: roll out, refine, or stop.

AI Process Implementation

We turn the validated pilot into a permanent way of working. We deliver a process guide, ready-to-use prompts, input template, quality checklists, security guidelines, a short training session and a 30-day plan.

Who it works for,
and who it doesn't.

Not every business is ready for AI implementation. We say this upfront — before you buy anything.

Good fit, if:

  • the business has repetitive processes — something happens regularly, weekly or more often
  • the owner or team loses time to manual, repetitive work
  • you have example materials: emails, proposals, notes, procedures
  • you can point to one specific area that hurts
  • there is an accountable person on the client side
  • the business has basic digitisation: email, cloud storage, documents

Not a fit, if:

  • you want "something with AI" but can't say what exactly
  • you expect the whole business to be automated at once
